Thank you for choosing Kukwa Consulting LLC. We are committed to providing quality service and clear communication. Please review our policies below:
1. Appointments & Availability
– Consulting sessions are available Monday to Thursday, from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM (CST).
– We offer both in-person and virtual consultations.
– We accept a maximum of two bookings per day to ensure personalized service.
2. Consultations and Pricing
– Initial consultations are free.
– Subsequent services are either billed hourly or through a custom proposal.
– Hourly services must be paid in full before the session.
– Proposal projects require a 50% deposit at contract signing, with the balance due at completion.
3. Payment Methods
– We accept payments via Square and PayPal.
– All transactions must be completed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy
– Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
– Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show.
– No-Show Fee: Clients who do not show up without notice will be charged one full hourly rate.
5. Refund Policy
– No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
– Prepaid services will not be refunded if sessions are missed without appropriate notice.
6. Communication
– Clients will receive booking confirmations and reminders via Email and SMS.
– Reminder frequency:
– Weekly for sessions scheduled more than a week ahead.
– Every other day if within one week of the session.
